The deadline date to send your contribution is the 30th of June 2007.

Instructions for preparing your manuscript

The page limits for each type of contribution are:

Review talks: up to 12 pages
Invited talks : up to 8 page
Contributed talks: up to 6 pages
Posters: up to 4 pages

Please prepare your contribution using the LaTeX macros and example files that are available HERE. Alternatively you can dowload the LaTeX2e macro package at this Springer link (but please notice that we have slightly changed the author.tex file, so we strongly encourage to use the files available here).

Notes:

i) to write the contribution we suggest to rename the author.tex file and
modify it;

ii) the references will appear in the text as numbers (e.g. [1], [2], ...);
this format is the default for the Astrophysics and Space Science Proceedings Series;

iii) the reference list can be both in order of appearance in the text or in
alphabetic order.

We also need that you fill the Consent to Publish & Transfer of Copyright form that you can download HERE and send it

Instructions for submitting your manuscript.

When your manuscript is ready please upload it at our anonymous ftp site, using the following guidelines.

Please find a name to your manuscript, which is easy to identify and unique; the preferred format would be the initial letter of your first name and the family name, e.g. mchavez.tex. The figures should be named accordingly, e.g. mchavez_fig1.eps, mchavez_fig2a.eps mchavez_fig2b.eps, ...

The contribution can also be submitted as a unique [gzip-ed] tar file, e.g. mchavez.tar[.gz].
