In this announcement you will find the Final Scientific Program, information about cultural activities during the conference days and other logistic information. TALKS and POSTER CONTRIBUTIONS ------------------------------ We have done a strong effort to allocate time for oral presentations to as many participants as possible. Invited talks will have 40-minutes and a contributed talk 20-minutes, including discussion time. We will be having modern facilities such as laptops with Powerpoint and Star Office for electronic presentations. Please contact us at costa01@inaoep.mx regarding modes for transferring your files to the conference laptops. A space of 1-meter by 1-meter will be available for each poster. You are expected to put your poster before the session starts on Monday and remove it on Friday. Ample time is provided during the coffee breaks for poster viewing and each poster will be given 5-minutes time for brief oral presentation.
