This center is coordinated by the Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology, and Innovation (SECIHTI).

The activities began at 9:30 a.m. with a welcome address by Dr. Claudia Feregrino Uribe, Head of Affairs for the Research and the Technological Development Directorates, who attended on behalf of Dr. David Sánchez de la Llave, Interim General Director of INAOE, and Dr. Francisco Renero Carrillo, Head of Affairs for the Academic Training Directorate.

She added that the fair is designed to provide an enriching academic experience during which visitors can chat with researchers and students about graduate programs and projects they could join if they enroll at INAOE.

"I wish you a productive day. We hope that today you fall in love with our institution and discover it to be the ideal place for your professional development. It will be an honor for us if some of you become part of our community in the future," she emphasized.

The 2025 INAOE Graduate Fair program included visits to the laboratories of the various areas, as well as to the telescopes and the Guillermo Haro Museum.

A booth area was also set up, providing information on the graduate programs, as well as the requirements, publication and closing dates for applications, and scholarship programs. Some of the projects being developed in the areas of Astrophysics, Optics, Electronics, Computer Science, Space Science and Technology, Biomedical Sciences and Technologies, and Security Sciences and Technologies, as well as the Master's degree in Teaching Exact Sciences, were also showcased.
